Katy Perry's newest Album is set to be released on August 24th already has more attention than it could ask for. But is it the semi-naked cover art that has everyone's attention? Or is the incredible success of her first single off the album- California Gurls.
At this point it's a little hard to say, but one thing we do know for sure is that America loves Katy.
